      I am using Version 2.3.1.
      Title says it all.
I only checked concurrent user logins.
I am using  Local user / voucher modes.

Whenever the non logged in users are using my CP they cannot be seen on active users on status. Only one user

Known issue. It pops up every week or so.
I'll try not to copy-paste, and make a small write down.
Normally, it's something like this :
        You have an AP.
You hooked up the port named 'WAN' or 'Internet' to pfSEnse. Your are using the other ports for your wired visitor devices and your are using the Wifi.

But : the way you are using your AP is wrong.
Any router function in the AP should be de-activated. DHCP server in the AP should be stopped. The 'WAN' or 'Internet' shouldn't be used. You should used one of the switched port on your AP.
Basically, you should use your AP as an ….... AP ! and nothing more. right now, your AP is routing ..... and that explains all.

Tell use more about your setup, and w'll tell you more.

Edit : and where are the logs ??

            Can you mention :
The IP the "CP" of pfsense is using.
            The mask
The DHCP range activated on the CP NIC.
The IP your AP is using.
The IP / Gateway / DNS the visitor(s) device(s) got from the DHCP server on pfsense (running on CP).
Did you saw the DHCP log entries for this lease on pfsense (you should recognize the MAC).
