In Kerio WinRoute Firewall imho very good managment of Rules. One rule can set firewall/mapping/nat/rule_time/rule_log function.
Linux very multifunctional flexible system as Windows Applications
Will good idea to recommend organization of the rules as in KWF?

What are we talking about here? I'm sorry but this doesn't make too much sense, at least not to me. Maybe you can try to discuss this in your native language's forum.

pfSense is based on FreeBSD not linux.

I understood that last message but had problems to understand the initial one. Are you talking for having one screen for NAT, Firewallrule, Trafficshaping, …? I don't think that this is a good idea as for example firewall rules and trafficshaping not always go side by side or some people even don't use trafficshaping for example. It's much more flexible having these elements at different pages imo.
