SquidGuard not loading blacklist

The blacklist file I've always used on previous builds has been from http://urlblacklist.com/ and it's always seemed to work well for me.  I've been setting up a new build with the latest everything and I can't get squidGuard to download the blacklist.  I've even copied it locally to /blacklists/bigblacklist.tar.gz and tried to load it from there but it still doesn't load.  Either url (from the Blacklist Update tab) just briefly shows a box at the bottom of the page and the progress indicator very briefly shows a small amount of progress (maybe 1-5%) and then disappears.  It never imports.  Am I missing something?

It must be a browser issue since it worked with Internet Explorer instead of Firefox.
