An HTTP_REFERRER was detected other than what is defined in System -> Advanced (https://192.168.1.1/). If not needed, this check can be disabled in System -> Advanced -> Admin.

when i go there i disable i check

Browser HTTP_REFERER enforcement Disable HTTP_REFERER enforcement check

When this is unchecked, access to the webConfigurator is protected against HTTP_REFERER redirection attempts. Check this box to disable this protection if it interferes with webConfigurator access in certain corner cases such as using external scripts to interact with this system. More information on HTTP_REFERER is available from Wikipedia.

However, I stell get the HTTP_REFERRER Error

Any idea how to get this to stop?

so how exactly are you accessing pfsenes web gui when connected to its vpn?  What fqdn you using or IP?  If IP what interface that is on?

So for example. I vpn in every day, and access pfsense.. I get a vpn IP of 10.0.8.x My pfsense lan IP is 192.168.9.253, this is the IP I access it on, or just use the fqdn pfsense.local.lan which resolves to the lan IP and have no issues.

Add address you using to access pfsense to the list of allowed addresses ("alternate hostnames" in 2.2)

Need full pfSense in a cloud? PM for details!

What is that 192.168.1.1 IP? Your LAN IP, or?
