PfSense date format

I noticed that on my traffic graph the date format is not correct for my locale.  I've had a look around but all I can find is the timezone setting.  I presume this is a system wide short date format setting.

Is there a way I can change the short date format from mm/dd/yyyy to yyyy/mm/dd?

There is not a universal date flag. The traffic graphs are getting redone and use the proper date convention.
