Unable to view packages / system updates after installing ntopng

Hello
After install the new ntopng package , i can t vew packages and system updates
ntopng works fine
during the install the script seems do a lot of chmod

my config is :
2.3.2-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Tue Jul 19 12:44:43 CDT 2016
FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p5

uname -a

iperf
mtr-nox11
nmap
nrpe

update setting :
Branch : Stable (default)

harware : PC
CPU : Xeon E31220
RAM ECC 8G
DISK : mecanic 500G
