    How to know openvpn user logout

      Hi all,
      I have problem about openvpn on pfsense:
      In log message, I did not see client logout.

      I setup "Verbosity level" is 5. What is worng setup?

        You won't ever see a logout event, OpenVPN doesn't perform a logout as such. All you'll see is a timeout from the client end.

          You could add

          explicit-exit-notify 2
          

          to your client(s) config.
          Then you will see in the server log

          SIGTERM[soft,remote-exit] received, client-instance exiting
