      **I have two locations 1 and 2, need to connect via RDP from 2 to 1, 3389 have opened the ports but just does not work.

      Additional information: I reach my pfsense server, ie if they respond to ping my ip address pfsense but not access my network lan.

      please help**

        You might consider, instead of opening MS RDP ports, creating a VPN and using RDP over the tunnel instead.  It can be better secured, better encrypted, and more flexible.

          Check if the Windows firewall blocks it. By default the FW doesn't allow access from other networks.
