      When you edit an existing OpenVPN network, the Local Network fields are not presented. You only get them when you create a new OPVN server instance.

        Sure looks like its there to me.. That is the field your talking about right.. Did you change the mode of your vpn, then sure that would not be there if you pick peer to peer vs remote access.  That would be my guess what you did.

          They are not there in shared key because you cannot push them with shared key. Look at the remote networks on the client.
