Squid, problems with transparant proxy, default cfg

Hi, im having a problem that i cannot solve, when i setup proxy and enable it, i cannot access to certain webpages.
Nslookup resolves the host but the browser keeps on connecting and then throws timeout.
If i try to go directly to the ip, the result is the same.
If i disable the proxy i can go the the site using domain or ip.

PfSense version: 2.3.2

General settings:
Proxy interface: Lan + Loopback
Proxy port: 3128
Allow users: yes

Transparent proxy settings:
Transparent http proxy: Enable
Transparent proxy interface: Lan

I face the same problem.

If I configure Firefox to use proxy, the web filtering works fine. but the transparent proxy doesn't work alone (without proxy setup in Firefox)
