I am trying to set up filtering to block youtube and other sites.  Initially I am testing with youtube

I have set up youtube in Target Categories - www.youtube.com youtube.com

Then in Groups ACL I have selected the new list (set to deny) that I created for YouTube and in Client (source) I put my IP address (for testing purposes - just want to block myself) and then saved

Went back to the general tab and applied the changes.

I then tried to access YouTube.com and the page loaded.

Also tried denying YouTube in the common ACL with no luck.  Similarly selecting porn and denying it did not stop me from getting to playboy.com

What am I missing to make this work?  I am pretty sure its just something simple that I have missed.
