[Squid Filter] Error 403 and 404

Hello to all,
I have 2 BOTH Firewall 2.3.2 (amd64) FreeBSD 3.10-RELEASE-P5

The Objective is use Squid to filter (in this case Porno).
With a firewall I receive PROPERLY Error 403 (OK Correct)
The error on the other Firewall,and the 404 and it does not work a duty. I covered and reinstalled 3 services Squid:

proxy server
Reverse Proxy
Guard filter Proxy

But I'm not in charge, the settings seem identical on both machines.
I guess we ARE something else What May cause the error.
