SquidGuard on Pfsense 2.3.2-Release Problem

I downloaded the 2.3.2-release version and installed from scratch, then installed squid + squidGuard and squid functioned normally but squidGuard appears as "Started" but does not filter or redirection, i download blacklist with no insues, used the shallalist. Any ideia?
