      I just performed a fresh install of the latest pFsense 2.4 build (19-Oct-2016 15:21), and setup my three WANs with 'Tier 1' priority.
      And yeah, everything works perfectly, without a single issue.
      Things have got better now, when compared to pFsense 2.3.2 CE release, on which the load balancing did not work alright (with the same configuration).
      Anyway, thank you pFsense team, once again :)
