      hi all,
am running pfSense 2.3.2 FreeBSD 10.3 on VirtualBox.
In addition to the default rules (/etc/inc/filter.inc), via WebConfigurator, added a rule to allow HTTP protocol over port 8443.

With this configuration, '/var/log/filter.log' captures the packets that were hit/processed by pass, deny, block rules.

If I try to send traffic that does NOT map to any rule, for example HTTP to port 8181, the packet gets dropped, but there's no corresponding entry in '/var/log/filter.log'.

Where & How do I debug this - is there a configuration that am missing (or) should I look into a different log file.

      Any help appreciated.
