I have pfSense LAN in a vm port group with vlan id 4095 all. It is the parent interface for vlan 10, 20, and 30. This setup is working.

If I add pfSense2 LAN to the same vm port group with vlan id 4095 all and make it the parent interface vlan 400, 500 and 600, will it work?

Yes, I believe this should work, I have used several versions of pfsense running on multiple vlans in this way.

You are basically trunking all vlans to the port group and allowing pfsense to do the the tagging instead of the virtual switch or port group.
