Planning to set up OpenVPN with users between 10 to 50.

The plan is that many users will use the same virtual ip and the same VLAN as many other users.
But some users need their own virtual ip related to other users.
Have just set up openvpn with "Remote Access (SSL / TLS + User Auth) and as far as I can understand its not possible to use pfSense to do this.

    Am i right?

You may set up 2 separate OpenVPN servers for your user groups which use different tunnel subnets, or you may also do this with only 1 server and configure "client specific overrides" to allocate certain virtual IPs to specific users.
