Virtualbox installation - openssl speed is lower with AES-NI active

hello

I found something strange with my installation. Its running on CENTOS 6.7 Virtualbox:

This is my openssl speed test with AES-NI ACTIVE

This is the same test with AES-NI DISABLED

The tests are not switched. That is the performance I am getting with AES-NI enabled.

Any thoughts?
