Consuming WAN interface traffic

This IP address 2.21.78.75 is Consuming the WAN interface traffic !!
How can we stop this traffic ?
Plz advise ??

Akamai is a content delivery network (CDN) used by a lot of big companies like Microsoft, for example.  Instead of blocking them, you should try to find out what is consuming the bandwidth on your network.

You have have Squid running? Windows updates does not play well with web proxies.

Yes squid and squid guard and I am using the traffic graph

If your WAN graph has huge incoming bandwidth and no similar traffic matching on LAN outbound then it's the squid cache.
