Hello friends my problem is I sat my pfsense captive Porto user name and password security but one user hacking my pfsense and auto adding his PC Mac address to my Mac fltring and using my internet any one help me

pfSense can not be 'hacked'.
Said otherwise : you have a 0,000001 % chance that the guy takes down your system and a 99,99999 % chance that your 'setup' is … well .. how to say it : "not Ok".
