How to setup Squid to send access logs to syslog? 2.3.2

and there appears to be a solution at the bottom of the thread, but I can't find a "Custom Options" field in the squid config.  Only thing I see there is under the Advanced Features…  Integrations, Custom ACLS (Before Auth), and Custom ACLS (After Auth) .

Any help?
