Sorry. I making package setings form, but can't build table (spamd gui for example)
Where i can looking samples or guids fot this part? (topics/codes with comments/ etc..)

Your best bet atm is to do reverse engineering. Check out how the other packages do it: http://pfsense.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/tools/packages/
