New trafic graph resets itself & other glitches

I added the new traffic graph widget to my dashboard.  Unlike the old widget which retained 360 seconds of graph data, this one resets itself if you change tabs, or if you minimize then maximize your browser.  Status - Traffic Graph behaves the same way, naturally.

Could we please have the persistence back that we had with the old widget?

Also, I had two graphs up, one for WAN and one for LAN.  The WAN graph kept chugging along but the LAN graph just stopped and wouldn't track anymore.  I refreshed the page and it started working again.

That's a known issue with the new graphing style/library. I'm not sure how feasible a fix is though. I think I had opened a ticket for that a while back but I don't see it at the moment.
