SQUID proxy - downloading stopped

Hello guys,
When i enabled squid proxy and used the proxy of 3128 in chrome, when i downloading files it download slowly then stopped at 0 kbps/min and my download did not continue stuck at 0 kbps/min. I already restarted pfsense still not fixing my download problem with squid. Please help anyone.

Does it only slow down when downloading files? Anything in the System log?

I know that this is very old old post
but I have the same issue…
download started for example I was downloading a 4 mb file and randomly it says 0 b/s no error just stay there :(
if I disable squid it finished ok....thanks
