I installed 1.2 Release on a PC for a friend, and noticed taht there is a ticker on the top right with latest events. I checked my 1.2 Release, and nothing. I've reinstalled - and still no ticker. Can someone tell me where I can enable this? Also - how does one logout of the gui? I'm finding that if I logon with a PC, it will cache my creds and let me back into pfsense at a later time/date. Is there a cookie expire switch?

      Thanks

The ticker is only there if you have events.
And only errors count as event.

The logout-button is the x on the top right-side of your browser.
If you have issues with stored passwords: configure your browser correctly.
