I seeming have the server and clients working correctly. Everything works great before and during the VPN connection. However, once I disconnect from VPN, it seems that I also lose my networking capabilities too. On the OSX side, resetting the network adapter will fix this issue. However, on the Windows side (it's a Virtual Machine), resetting network adapter does nothing. Only a fully reboot will restore my network settings again.

Any idea what is wrong here or how I can fix issue? For Max OSX, I'm using Tunnelblick client and checkmarking "Reset primary interface after disconnecting" solves this issue. For Windows OpenVPN client, I don't see an equivalent option for this. Is there some kind of additional command I can add to the config to force a network adapter reset?
