Error Loading NAmerica Alias Table

We have been using pfBlockerNG for about at year with no problems. For the past couple weeks I have been getting the following error.

There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:29: file "/var/db/aliastables/pfB_NAmerica_v4.txt" contains bad data - The line in question reads [29]: table <pfb_namerica_v4>persist file "/var/db/aliastables/pfB_NAmerica_v4.txt"

No error with other alias tables we are using - ie Europe.

After the error we can no longer access the VPN. BTW - we are using the GeoIP for whitelisting, not blacklisting.

I can usually clear the error by forcing an update and it will work for a while but after a few hours the error will occur again.
I've tried unchecking "keep settings" and disabling/enabling pfBlockerNG. Any other ideas?

running 2.3.2-RELEASE-p1

Run the following command from the shell to re-download/re-build the MaxMind DB:

php /usr/local/www/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.php dc

Follow that with a "Force Reload - ALL".
