I am affected by this bug.

I have sent probaably too many crash reports on it.

Anyway to get this resolved before 2.4 release?

I won't be the only one having this issue I assume.

      Quote for mailing list:

As Mark Johnston mentioned by mail about ALTQ, it can be the problem with crashing the kernel.

Is it possible to compile ALTQ again without problems?
I didn't have any problems with ALTQ on 10.3-RELEASE.

I highly doubt that pfSense will recompile the kernel without ALTQ support. ALTQ is used for traffic shaping in pfSense which is a major feature and would effect tons of users.

          I dont expect a kernel change…

I don't have anyway to debug my crash logs and possibly help the freebsd people out.

I know a few pfsense devs have a way to possible fix or provide better details to them for solving this.

I am using a motherboard that 2 of pf sense's hardware products run on...
