User creation/deletion error

Hi guys,

I've recently begun experiencing an odd error with my pfsense- when I created an additional user, they do not appear under the User Manager. Further, deleting a user is not working either, as the deleted user simply reappears after navigating away from the page and coming back.

The users are appearing under /etc/passwd though, but not the user manager. It's very odd.

Any idea what's up here?
