Blocking Extensions

Hi

I am using latest pfsense i already installed squid + squidguard i can able to access and block some website and downloads

What i noticed is that blocking extensions like exe and apk from android apps some website cannot allow to download but some websites can

I dont understand I already setup blocking under squidguard but i still able to download of some exe and apk
