      Hi team,

      I'm facing an issue with IM's. AIM && Pidgin.
      For every couple of minutes users are getting logged out of their Aim account or some times they're getting messages as "trying to connect AIM servers".
      I'm sure the firewall is not blocking.
      Enabled Suricata IDS. White listed all the IP's of AIM but still issue i have this issue.

      I didn't found related or specific logs either in Suricata or firewall logs.
