Huge amount of firewall logs after installing and configuring squid

I get many of these messages in my firewall logs after installing and configuring Squid Transparent Proxy. Anyone an idea?
I will go into my Squid config if it is necessary. However, maybe it is obvious what I did wrong.
I did not tweak my fw rules or nat rules yet. In several procedures I looked into, they never talked about it. So, I thought I hadn’t to.
Device 192.168.1.102 is an iPad (connected to an AP that is connected to the pfSense). I also have a desktop connected to this network (wired), but he seems not to produce this problem.
I cannot say if the iPad is ok or not because I am working remotely. But seen the logs I doubt the iPad is functioning correctly Why is it hitting my local host address on port 3129? I know 3129 is the default port for SSL Proxy but why is it blocked? I choose interfaces LAN and Loopback on the general settings of Squid.
