Configure Vlans for different uers

hello everyone
i have pfsense intalled in esxi server with two physical NiCs and three WAN links
i could manage the loadbalance on pf  and everything is okay
now i want to apply something else
i have two different users
one connected through LAN
second connected through AP
i need to apply speed limit rules on the users who connected through LAN
and apply different Speed limit on users who connected through AP
i have pro curve manage switch
i think i can do this by apply multi vlans on the network
but i dont get tge general idea about how to do it
any suggestions
