No Breadcrumbs Links in 2.3.3

I have come to appreciate the breadcrumbs links - they are specially easy when messing about with GUI pages and needing to reload the page. That functionality did not get back-ported to RELENG_2_3.
Not a big deal, but if someone can take an hour to find and backport the related commits, I imagine it would all work without any problem.
If you would like me to find them all, I can do that tomorrow and @ the devs in GitHub so they can do the cherry-picking.

Probably too late for it now, we're wanting to get the release out ASAP.
