      Hello,

I am new to pfSense but I already like it a lot. It offers so many features, I plan to make good use of quite a few of them.

A downside to having so many features and options to configure is that it can sometimes be hard to remember exactly where in the webconfigurator a specific option can be found.

I don't know if this has been suggested before but I would really like to see a search box in the web GUI. So we could for example just type "hostname" and get some results, where (presumably) the first link would take us to System -> General Setup where we can configure the hostname. The same with all the other configurables. I suppose each item will have to be indexed and linked for this purpose. I can see how this would probably require significant changes to the underlying code (which I haven't studied yet, btw).

Are more people interested in this? Is it even feasible? In that case I might try to create an issue/request. Or am I really asking too much?
