[fixed] cosmetic bug with 2.3.3.r.20170212.1727

I'm too lazy to create a bug for this, and it's really minor…

With version 2.3.3.r.20170212.1727, when using the "pfsense-dark" theme, navigate to  Diagnostics->State Summary.  The column header that should say "Protocol counts" (above the #States, Source Ports, and Dest.Ports) is nearly invisible as it's using white text on a white background.
