The Save and Force Update button on the DDNS page doesn't seem to do anything… it certainly doesn't save the settings and nearest I can tell, it doesn't force an update either.

        Yes, I can confirm that.
Is it possible to test overall GUI for known problem?

Make 1,000 test cases for automated GUI tests starting with https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3551 or similar infrastructure. Then the effects of GUI code changes can be automagically checked.

            According to this https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=125618.msg693997#msg693997
some critical and other issues with GUI are all caused by this or similar conversion?

I was not correct about an overall GUI testing, it would be good to test just those pages converted.

Which pages exactly? The regular style Dynamic DNS or RFC2136, or both?

My issue specifically was with the regular dynamic DNS page, though it looks like it needed fixing on both of them :)
