      im new to the fourm and i just installed pfsense but i can't get my TL-WDN4800 to work it works in windows if it is a incompatable card please recommend a replacement for it for a home network

        It is detected but dosent allow me to use it

            Get an real AP vs some card in pfsense.. Unifi makes some good ones.. Can be had for less than $100 AC lite model..

            Pfsense no longer sells internal wifi cards, they recommend the unifi stuff if you want wifi..  Save yourself a lot of headache, going to have way better coverage.. Just pretty much zero reason to try and use some wifi card as your AP..  When you can just pick up a actual AP..
