Disable ping-restart

How can I disable this feature? everytime VPN connect to server, it gets a Push_Reply with the route, ping and ping-restart.
What I want to do is to dis-connect client based on inactive timeout and force client to manually connect again instead of automatically reconnect with ping-restart
