Is it possible to replace the 1x1 image that pfBlockerNG uses with a static file?  Say a small icon or something similar.  I'd like to use it for troubleshooting, be able to see in a webpage where a block happened by inserting a visible image.

Goto the DNSBL tab and click on the blue infoblock for the "Enable" checkbox.
It will list some options to troubleshoot..

I recommend hitting F12 in the Browser (Dev mode) and goto "Console" to see the errors… Looks for the ones that show "GIF Image" being blocking...

I've been using those methods and they work.  But my thought was to temporarily replace the 1x1 image with something like the circle slash image attached here but much smaller than this attachment, more like a 50x50 version of it.  That would let me see real quick where things are being blocked on a given webpage without having to go into Dev mode.  And I could also see the blocked elements when browsing on the iPad and/or iPhone.

            The file  /usr/local/www/pfblockerng/www/index.php

Just change the base_64 image to another image…

That's exactly what I was looking for.  I'll be testing it out later today when I get home.
