Squid Reverse Proxy and website authentication

My Pfsense box was running beautifully until it wasn't. I used this opportunity to perform a full reinstall of PFSense and all packages, mainly Squid (for reverse proxy purposes).
Since the reinstall virtually everything is working as it should, the only exception is using Reverse Proxy on some sites that require authentication. Mainly, my Unraid portal.
I run Unraid with a number of dockers, I use reverse proxy to access these and all but my Unraid portal are working fine.

It ask for authentication, but doesn't really work. The images are not displayed and I can't really do anything I should be able to. Sometimes, it doesn't even display half the content on the site.
When I browse via IP address it works as it should.

I'm still encountering this problem. Anyone able to shed any light on it?

Check with firebug or embeded site debug available on current browsers. Check network status to see it the authentication are poping up for each image. Or if show site erros on JavaScript
