How to configure like FUP provided by Mobile providers ?

Hi Guys,

I was wondering, Is there is any way to give unlimited bandwidth usage for my users for particular data such as 2 GB.

After 2 GB Internet speed should be reduced to 500 kbps.

Is there is any option to enable this feature in our pfSense.
