Remote cache

captive portal with Windows AD radius auth

I have a remote cache (remote proxy) that is setup within Squid settings on pfsense. This remote proxy has blocked websites on it. Sometimes when browsing the web, these sites are blocked and other times they are not. I want to ensure these sites are always blocked but it's hit and miss at the minute.

Any ideas?
