Trying to get rid of transparant login with squid, would like the user to logon automatically from windows.
There are efforts using Samba, however does not seem to be up to date/prodcution ready, also after updating pfsense things are gone partially.
So I am wondering if there is any way to get automated squid logon for windows devices using built in features like ldap? So far no luck but might be missing something.

After updating to pfsense 2.3.3 lost squid ntlm integration I installed with a samba script, also and maybe due to this get 100% utilization on 4 cpu's for php, pointing to pfblocke many lines in a row.
Rebooting seems to help for a while normal cpu activity but after a while 100% kicks in. So far no solution or similar problem found after updating.

Shit like installing Samba on the firewall is NOT supported.
