Pfsense limiter with Squid

Hi,
i configured pfsense + limiter and its works as it should be, but after i installed squid i noticed that the limiter not working anymore.
can some one help how to get this work ?
any changes must made to firewall rules  ?

my rule simply like this : source any or Lan net, dest. any, Port HTTP, Advance in/out Pipe : limiteUpload - LimitDownload

if i uninstall squid limiter works again without any issue.
