IPSEC VPN Status broken in 2.4.0.b.20170414.1418

I have a static IPSEC tunnel up b/t two pfsense devices, one running "2.3.3-RELEASE-p1" and one running "2.4.0.b.20170414.1418". As of the upgrade to "2.4.0.b.20170414.1418", the 2.4 IPSEC tunnel widget shows the tunnel as down, even though it is up. I have attached screen shots from both end. The 2.3.3 end of the tunnel shows that it is up, while the 2.4 end of the tunnel incorrectly shows it as down.

Similar in 2.4.0.b.20170419: Widget shows IPsec tunnel as inactive while tunnel appears to be up and functional. Status>IPsec>Overview shows tunnel correctly as established.

Confirmed here, too. Opened a bug report for it: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/7499
