Updated my pfsense 2.4 to the latest version as of April 26. When I did, my openvpn daemon wouldn't start. I had to change the protocol to UDP only IPv4, and then it started automatically. After this latest update mine changed to TCP IPv6 IPv4 multihome, and this caused the issuse.

I run multiple instances.. One on tcp, one on udp and then one on ipv6 udp.. None of which had any issues.  I just now updated to

        2.4.0-BETA (amd64)
built on Wed Apr 26 17:54:39 CDT 2017

I show my tcp instance up and running ipv4 only..
