Ntopng http timeout in Pfsense 2.3.3

Hi everyone  :D

i install Ntopng for monitoring my local network

but i have a problem , ntopng don't start in http://@ip:3000

i have add a rule in firewall to pass the trafic for the port 3000

but , i don't resolve the problem

Hi,

Similar issues here - and earlier a wipe of /var/db/ntopng helped, but not now .. :-(.

I have confirmed that the service is running, but http keeps timing out. And I checked with netstat, nothing monitoring on port 3000.

Thoughts?
