Not possible connect iOS 10.3.1 to IPsec 2.3.4

I read and read , various posts  and i change and change all combinations possible for config the IPsec in Pfsense v. 2.3.4  and not possible.

I based in the wiki https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/IKEv2_with_EAP-MSCHAPv2

ANy help or people shrae your configuration ?
