Virtuization Issue

I have run into one issue. I have 7 VPN tunnels and have run into issue where performance is hitting 50 + percent utilization and staying there. The issue is having a impact on performance on browsing, video conferencing and other internet utlities.

I am running XEN 5.0 (from Citrix), right now switched back to a 933 P3 with 1 GB of ram with dual intel server nic's. All the issues have disappeared.

Any thoughts on what I could do to tweak performance, and increase performance, so I can get back running on a virtual machine.
